Gallery access and activity

When you open a private gallery, our systems may process the gallery identifier, password-attempt result, session information, favorites, sharing requests, and download requests. Gallery passwords are used to verify access and should not be sent to anyone who is not authorized to view the gallery.

Technical information

Our hosting provider may automatically create server logs containing an IP address, browser and device information, requested page, date and time, referring page, and security or error information. Photographs and gallery content

Private galleries contain photographs, videos, filenames, project descriptions, and related delivery information supplied or created for clients. Some galleries may depict children or other individuals. Access is limited with gallery controls, but anyone who receives a valid password or shared file may be able to view or copy that content.

The version of this gallery site published with this policy does not embed Google Analytics or advertising pixels. It does load fonts from Google Fonts and icons from the cdnjs content-delivery network; those providers receive ordinary network information, such as your IP address and browser headers, when your browser requests their files. If our tracking practices materially change, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.

How information is disclosed

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to hosting, email-delivery, storage, security, and other vendors that help us operate the service; to professional advisers; when required by law; to protect rights, safety, and security; or as part of a business transfer. No method of internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use a unique gallery password, keep it confidential, and notify us if you believe access has been compromised.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs. You may also ask questions about our practices. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not interpreted consistently across the web. This gallery site does not use the collected information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children

The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect online contact information directly from children under 13. Gallery images may depict minors when supplied or authorized by a parent, guardian, client, or other authorized party. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information directly through the site.
