Terms & Gallery Use

These terms govern use of mazinvisuals.com and its client galleries. A separate signed proposal, contract, invoice, or license controls if it conflicts with these website terms.

Acceptance

By accessing or using this website or a client gallery, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or gallery.

Private gallery access

Gallery access is intended only for the client and people the client authorizes. You must not guess, obtain, use, or distribute a gallery password without permission. Keep passwords and private links confidential. Tell us promptly if a password or link may have been exposed.

Password protection is an access control, not a promise that online content can never be copied, forwarded, or accessed unlawfully. You are responsible for deciding who receives a gallery password or shared file.

Ownership and permitted use

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, MazinVisuals LLC and its licensors retain copyright and other intellectual-property rights in the website, gallery design, photographs, videos, edits, and related materials. Delivery of a file does not transfer copyright.

Authorized clients may view and download their delivered files and may use them only within the license granted in their written agreement. If no written license addresses personal sharing, the client may make reasonable personal, noncommercial use of delivered photographs. Commercial use, resale, sublicensing, publication, advertising, contests, machine-learning training, removal of credits or watermarks, or material alteration requires prior written permission unless expressly allowed by the client agreement.

People shown in galleries

Before publishing or sharing gallery content, you are responsible for considering the privacy, safety, consent, publicity, and contractual rights of people shown—especially minors. Do not use a person’s image in a misleading, unlawful, defamatory, or harmful manner.

Sharing and email tools

If you use a sharing feature, you represent that you are authorized to share the selected content and to contact the recipient. Do not use the service for spam, harassment, unlawful content, or unsolicited marketing. Shared recipients may save or redistribute files outside our control.

Downloads, availability, and backups

Gallery access may be limited, changed, or removed according to the applicable client agreement or operational needs. Download and keep backup copies promptly. We do not promise permanent hosting, uninterrupted availability, or recovery of files after a gallery expires or is removed.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, scrape private content, overload the service, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, violate law, or infringe another person’s rights. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect clients, content, or the service.

Third-party services

The site may depend on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices, or terms.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the website and galleries are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or that every defect will be corrected. Nothing in these terms limits warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MazinVisuals LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or galleries, loss of access, unauthorized sharing by a recipient, or failure to keep backup copies. Any additional limitations in a signed client agreement remain in effect.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. A signed client agreement may provide different dispute terms.

Changes

We may revise these terms. Changes apply when posted with an updated revision date, except where applicable law requires another form of notice.
